Bikes are usuallyshipped within 1-2 business days of being ordered. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the bike leaves for your door. You will be able to track the shipment from that point forward.

Most packages will arrive in 4-5 business days from being shipped, depending on where you live.

It is reasonable to expect that you could order your bike on Monday and ride it that weekend but we can not guarantee this. If your shipment is delayed please email us and we will work diligently to fix any problems that may have arisen.

All shipping quotes in The Comfort Bike Shop can be found in our product order pages. These quotes are valid for the continental US only. If you need a bike shipped overseas or to Canada, please contact us and we will try to get your bike out to you. This may require an additional fee.

We can offer expedited shipping such as overnight or 2 day. Contact us at mailto:info@thecomfrtbikeshop.com to receive a quote. Please be aware that expedted shipping usually costs between $175-$225.

If you need expedited shipping DO NOT place your order on the site. We will get you a quote and process the order for you.

Please remember that right now our regular ground shipping is fast and FREE. You should recieve your bike within 7 business days of placing your order.
